Network Analyst

Location: Londonderry, NH
Department: IT Field Service Leader [CI/FSR11-NA]
Pay status: Exempt

Work Schedule

• This is a full-time (40 hour/week) position.
• Standard hours are Monday – Friday Flexible from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  - 8 hours not including 30 minute paid lunch break
• Some evenings and weekends required

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• The position will work to support the CI/FSR11-NA regional sites. Primary responsibility will be for the Londonderry, NH and Waltham, MA facilities.
• Other responsibilities will include the following
  • Providing support to local and remote users for standard CI computer services
  • Track computer hardware in the CI asset management system
  • Use the standard CI software tools to manage incident and change requests
  • Present and communicate CI end user information to both small and large groups of associates 
  • Process tape backups for servers
  • Assist with compliance activities for the CI department
• Perform other duties as requested and required. Provide back up for other positions when required.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Good interpersonal skills
• Well organized with all working habits
• Basic knowledge of computer and networking troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with Microsoft OS and office products
• Excellent skills using PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Understanding of ITIL principles
• Willing to participate in special committees
• Knowledge of the following software:
  • Anysys, Moldflow, Solidworks, Artemis and Matlab
• Bachelor’s degree desire
