Work Schedule
- This is a full-time (40 hour/week) position.
- Standard hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Some evenings and weekends required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of BSPs (Bosch Service Providers) in targeted areas
- Edit of existing BSPs to ensure maximum level of service and knowledge
- Helping with grade of service
- Training
- Assist rep agencies in region
- Coordinate with Logistics Department for proper availability and stock of parts for the region
- Demonstrated ability in managing an inventory
- Awareness of local and regional regulations/requirements of utilities and related components
- Ability to troubleshoot issues both on-site and via phone as support of the entire technical support organization
- Demonstrated experience and willingness to coordinate and lead regional conferences
- Ability to attend and interact at trade shows
- Ability and willingness to be the visible local presence showing that we value service
- Perform other duties as requested and required. Provide back up for other positions when required.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Established local industry relationships preferred
- Must possess all necessary licensing to perform work on our product
- 5-7 years of relevant industry experience (HVAC – tankless, boilers, solar, heat pumps)
- Demonstrated understanding of sales channels and challenges
- Must have the ability to travel 70% of the time domestically and internationally
- Ability to be available nights and weekend for rollover technical support if/when necessary
- Organization and attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a team member.
Work Environment:
- Field based with Irvine CA office availability and expectation to “hotel”.
- Professional casual business dress.
- Computer and phone usage.
- Heavy lifting, stooping, standing, crawling, bending and/or driving for long periods of time.

- Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Daily 30 minute unpaid lunch break along with two daily 15 minute paid rest breaks provided.
