The Opportunity

• Provide phone-based technical support to installing and servicing oil and gas technicians
• Record and track information in database
• Work with engineering, product development, and sales to identify gaps/issues to improve product or provide additional, necessary information to field.
• 8-5, desk job, benefits, no weekends

The Requirements

• Min. 5 years experience installing/servicing heating technician
• Strong wiring, controls, oil burner experience
• Computer literate
